If you like our equipment, you'll love our customer service. We offer no-charge assembly and inspection of new purchases and customers are encouraged to water-test new purchases in our 89 degree heated pool. We test new equipment extensively before offering it for sale and we are known for our honest, straight-forward sales approach. Our staff does not work on commission so you never have to suffer pushy sales people in our store.

Our pricing policy is simple; shop us last because on same items, warranted equipment, we will not be undersold. Simply bring in a valid quote and walk out with the best price in town. It's that simple. And if we don't have it, we'll get it. We order daily and will have your item in the right color and size within the week.

At U.S.A., the sales is the beginning, not the end. We have a full-time service department that offers fast turn-around time and the most knowledgeable technicians in the Upper Midwest. Our parts and experience are so extensive, we have other dive stores and even an occasional major manufacturer sends us equipment for service.

In the rare instance that we are unable to provide repairs due to discontinued or obsolete items, we offer the customers a fair trade-in allowance to bring their equipment up to par.
